i wonder why people call silly women 'silly cow'.. a cow's a pretty good, decent, practical animal.. wonder why is it degradatory to call someone a cow. (?_?)
Monday and Tuesday was a national public holiday in Malaysia and it seems many of my colleagues will be off until Monday or Tuesday (next) .. sounds so good.. in germany or at least where i am there is no hint of celebration.. the chinese community is just not big or loud here i guess..
On Monday the first day of chinese new year I was stuck in our warehouse segregating stocks.. it was a stoned walled building with stone floors and no heating.. so it was freezing.. I could not feel my feet and hands afterwards.. so while feeling sad with myself and receiving sms from friends wishing me a happy new year.. i felt a little down.. so i got two friends who are free and single and usually up to things even without advance notice a call and made plans to have some fun!
I put on my redest top, made some effort to do my hair and put on make up and went out for a nice dinner, good wine and later some karaoke!
All in all the night was fun fun fun!
Then Tuesday and yesterday had me slogging at my first assignment for the MBA course I am taking.. *sigh* I studied the whole of last week so that I have enough background to write this assignment and man.. this is tougher than I was prepared for..
today i decided to take a break from work.. how can i do that by going to work but doing min work.. hahahha.. guess my boss will kil me if he finds out.. but doing this once ina while keeps my sanity intact and I feel as if I have control over what I do.. instead of slogging over one thing or another.
Usually I will take a break day to check email (personal ones), blog, organised photos etc.. of course the urgent work stuff are done! So today I took it to complete my assignment and blog! yeahhh!!
tomorrow i am flying off to malaysia.. just for a short 1 week trip back. I have a feeling that it will be so stressful for me :/ so i am trying not to get sick here and remain relax.
Most probally would not be blogging until I am back.. so will be absent for a week or so.. but if I can I will try to revive my photo gallery.. it dies when yahoo photos took was merge with flckr and they want to charge me for storing the photos... really.. first they offered to move all my photos over which was very nice and I was given some sort of premium user benefits for x months.. I didn't really check it out but after X month if I did not become a paid user only Y ammount of my pictures can be viewed.. other are there but not viewable... really.. it felt like extortion to me that I didn't want to sign up.. not that i didn't want to pay but i didn't want to be forced to pay. soo.. that means many of my photos are in a cyber dungeon..
